This lecture applies lessons learned from training and operations in Iraq, and translates military training, operational circumstances, and issues into understandable project terms. The risks may be more dramatic, but a military deployment presented a unique opportunity, to correlate mobilization experiences with peacetime project situations and management issues.

Speaker Bio

Jeff Nuding is a Senior Principal Consultant with Keane, Inc., and a certified PMP since 2001. He was mobilized in 2004 and received a Bronze Star as a First Sergeant in Iraq. Jeff manages projects at the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services. Jeff is 47, married, with three children.
