Venkat A R Subramanian Biography
Mr. Subramanian is the founder, President & CEO of Angarai International, Inc., a Maryland based consulting firm in the Washington DC area providing solutions to private and public sector clientele across the globe. Mr. Subramanian has conceived, and developed a unique and an effective Engagement Management Model and Methodology, namely Engagement Management CREDO (EM-CREDO). Under his stewardship, Angarai International, Inc. has successfully implemented and continued to provide value-based solutions for its clients.
Mr. Subramanian has been involved in the industry since 1985 and has demonstrated global Project/Program management experience. His career progression includes his tenure with Blue-Chip firm encompassing IBM, Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Subramanian derives immense satisfaction and pleasure in leading complex engagements, managing team of individuals towards a timely delivery and providing value to the business community. He has proven experience in implementing enterprise-wide applications encompassing ERP, EAM and custom applications. He has been involved in various engagements in Federal, State, Local and Quasi-Government Agencies as well as Private Sector across the globe.
Mr. Subramanian is respected as an expert in his ability to integrate project management, business process and technology. His expertise spans across multiple areas including IT Strategic Planning, Business Solutions, PMO, IV&V, Project Oversight, Acquisition Services, Portfolio Management, Risk/Mitigation Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, RFP/RFI, CBA/ROI studies and COTS Implementation. He not only has a strong technical, functional and managerial academic background, but also demonstrated experience.
He is a regular speaker in many academic and professional institutions including State University of New York (SUNY), IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), IIM (Indian Institute of Management) and he is also servers on the Board of Business & Management school of Sankara University, India.
His academic accomplishments encompass BS in Mathematics, Post-Graduate Studies in Industrial Psychology & Systems Management, MBA in International Business, and PMP from PMI. He is also a very active member of PMI and is a member of PMIWDC and PMIUNY Chapters.
