How would you judge and select projects for Project Management Excellence awards? Do you think it's easy? Do we want to present awards as a chapter for Project Management Excellence?
Find out how AT&T judges and selects for their Project Management Excellence Awards. It is not nearly as easy as one would think. The selection process has evolved over the years and continues to do so especially since the merger with SBC. In fact, the awards selection is treated as a project.
AT&T has three categories for its awards - organization, project and achievement. This presentation will address award eligibility, scheduling, registration, submission requirements, evaluations and selection process. Lastly, the Symposium for the PM Excellence Awards will be discussed.
