Alex Schyljuk currently manages the Process Engineering department as well as the Six Sigma program for Libris, the Tax Processing division of Bank of America. His Team is charged with developing hardware solutions, staffing solutions, and operational designs for new business in their division - designing Lean approaches and quality into all new business and operational processes. He is also charged with utilizing Six Sigma to target improvements in existing, mature portions of the business.

Involved in Bank Operations and Systems Design for over 16 years, Alex has experience with many facets of "Financial Services' Operations" - from initial concept and system design to fully managing multiple mature data, form, and check processing locations. This experience provides him with a unique perspective on how best to take early project cycle "business concepts" from origination to implementation to maturation - continually learning and developing approaches and methods to improve these processes.
