Critical Path scheduling is one of the biggest challenges a project manager faces. These project managers will review their experiences in scheduling and the make or break components that drive the project.

Both speakers work for Welliver-McGuire, a company that provides construction services. Recent projects have included CESTM, SYSCO Foods distribution, OGS Malone Max Security Prison, Bone and Joint Institute medical office building and NYS Office of the State Comptroller.

Mr. Buck's educational background is in Architectural Sciences from SUNY Delhi and Mr. D'Aniello has a B.S. Civil Engineering degree from Union College.
