The April 16th meeting will focus on the PMI UNY chapter. Most importantly, Chapter Elections will take place - several Board positions are up for re-election (we do need a quorum for the elections). President Norine Kenny will give a presentation on the accomplishments of the chapter and its future plans.
Following this, Tony Rivera will give an overview on how he started the C-R Production Company and the steps he took to revive the Cohoes Music Hall. He will give the audience an interesting perspective of managing a theater production, project management challenges he has encountered, conflict difficulties and how he overcame them, and lessons learned from his experiences.
