In complex organizations, the competition for scarce resources among multiple Tier 1 projects is a considerable source of internal conflict. This evening's speaker will review a comprehensive approach to prioritizing and managing mission-critical initiatives. Tier 1 is an enterprise-wide approach to resolving this conflict and building a value-driven system for making key resource allocation decisions.
